Pipe and Sewer Cleansing – Pearpoint Explosion Proof CCTV Pipe Surveying Equipment.

MTS Cleansing Services Limited has a number of state of the art CCTV vans fully equipped with up to date modern Pearpoint mainline explosion proof crawler tractor and flex-probe units with first grade solid state image sensor cameras. 

The remote controlled tractor units are especially designed to run on internal curvature of pipelines. Supplied with 300 metres of power/TV cable for the crawler units and 100 metres semi rigid for the flexi-probe with the camera being mounted on a bristle brush skid.

On screen reporting including metreage, pipe diameter and defects etc with colour print out on site, as well as a choice of either standards VHS format video (including tape to tape copying facility) and/or CD-ROM/CDRW/DVD+R/DVD-R/DVDRW+/- format.

Newer additions to the MTS Cleansing Services Limited camera rig fleet have all the above equipment as standard, plus a built in van-pack jetting unit which jets at 3000 Psi at 7-gallons per minute. This allows the rig to clear any minor obstructions when carrying out survey’s where a combination jetter tanker is not present, making this rig self sufficient.
