Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Delivery of Following Training Courses:

  • NRSWA Signing Lighting and Guarding CABWI accredited
  • Water Jetting Association High Pressure Water Jetting Safety Awareness Course.
  • EUSR SHEA (Water) Network (Green Card)
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene (Blue Card)
  • First Aid/Manual Handling
  • CPC
  • To conduct all company training ensuring internal and external compliance is adhered to at all times
  • To conduct, manage and carry out the new and improved company induction – carrying out drugs and alcohol testing, promoting company values and culture, setting the pace for the start of the employees journey with MTS in a professional manor ensuring all aspects of the induction are covered efficiently and effectively, organising new starter paperwork and keeping the compliance data up to date on the in house system (Aair)
  • To deliver generic training courses as well as industry and company specific courses
  • To engage with employees remaining professional and supporting company values at all times
  • To take responsibility for your own professional development where required, ensuring your own skills and licenses remain current and valid
  • To carry out additional duties to meet the needs of the business as and when required

Person Specification:

  • At least 3 years’ experience delivering training courses within the utilities sector
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training, desired
  • Experience in delivering company inductions to new starters
  • Professional disposition
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
