  • Drive and operate specialist jetting tankers; Super Suction Jetting Tankers, Combination Jetting Tankers once training has been provided
  • Drive and operate specialist vacuum tankers; 2k, 3k, 4k and 6k
  • Attend emergency call out situations dealing with sewer blockages, flooding and pollution
  • Collection and disposal of controlled waste
  • Disposal of liquid waste
  • Working on Private and public land in strict accordance with statutory health, safety and environmental procedures
  • Undertake vehicle checks at the start and finish of each shift
  • Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly
  • Ensure that the conditions of all PPE (personal protective clothing and equipment) remain fit for purpose
  • Being flexible in your approach to work and undertake ad-hoc duties when your vehicle is off the road or if you are required to assist other field teams
  • Attend training as and when require

Skills / Attributes

  • 50 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
  • Flexible with working hours (we can be very reactive at times and teams are expected to assist as much as they can)
  • Must have the ability to take on responsibility of working within very controlled guidelines and environmental regulations
  • Minimum Class 1 Driving Licence with ADR training and experience (Cat 7)
  • Must be able to commit to unsociable working hours including various weekends in line with our emergency call out rota
  • Previous experience working within the drainage industry (desired but not essential as full training can be provided
