MTS HQ in Rochester, Kent has retained accreditation to the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS).
FORS is a voluntary national accreditation scheme which measures fleet performance and aims to drive up standards across the board. MTS is proud to be recognised as achieving best practice across our fleet and we are working to deliver measurable continual improvements in our fleet operations.
The recent FORS audit measured our performance in areas including fuel efficiency, carbon emissions and road safety.
Scott Diamond, MTS Compliance Director, said; “My team and I are extremely proud of retaining our FORS Bronze accreditation for yet another year. The FORS audit is an in-depth look into the business concentrating on vehicle maintenance, drivers’ hours and welfare, health and safety. It also looks at work management tools and software. By passing all the standard’s requirements it shows that we at MTS take all of the above seriously and have a controlled and compliant transport operation”.
