We are continually updating and renewing our fleet of specialist high-specification vehicles. We have procured 22 new units this year, all Euro 6 compliant, and most have not stopped work since delivery. We recently put a few of the new specialist vehicles on parade at MTS HQ in Rochester, Kent.
The MTS Lining Division welcomed the brand new van dedicated to our no-dig drain repairs service. Chris Henderson, Sales Director, said; “We’re delighted to launch this dedicated state-of-the-art vehicle to undertake our trenchless technology work. Our customers are delighted with the no-fuss, minimum disruption option of relining pipes rather than replacing them. We offer everything from small patch repairs, to extended lengths of manhole-to-manhole lining. This is the cost effective way to return pipes to better-than-new condition.”
The new JHL Super Recycler jetting units (seven in total in the last two years) bring versatility and environmentally friendly advantages to MTS. These units re-use dirty water for cleaning tanks and sewers, a more sustainable and cost effective option for our customers.
Our bespoke ADR tankers can transfer any type of industrial liquid waste, including mineral, oils, food oils, trade effluents and Hazchem waste. They can remove and carry all kinds of corrosive waste including sodium hypochlorite, phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid and polyaluminium chloride. Two new ADR specification tipping tankers have joined the fleet.
Another three CCTV units join our custom built collection of vans, featuring four-feed large monitors and all the latest camera technology and reporting capabilities. Our CCTV crews survey all types of underground assets to quickly pinpoint issues.
