MTS has received a bronze award from the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This award recognises our company’s intent to support defence personnel in line with the Armed Forces Covenant . We aim to be armed forces-friendly and are open to employing reservists, veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
Terry Crust, HR Director at MTS, said; “Our company is proud to support those people who protect our nation. We’re a forces-friendly employer and it’s great to have official recognition through the Defence ERS.”
MTS signed the Armed Forces Covenant alongside Captain Paul Herlihy, Officer Commanding 124 Transport Squadron 151 Transport Regiment RLC one of the County’s Army Reserve Units, on behalf of the Armed Forces.
